Belgrove House – an innovative and highly sustainable new building – is located in central London opposite Kings’s Cross and St. Pancras stations and includes laboratory, research and office space for the life sciences sector.

Stadtsparkasse Munich- new office building

In Munich’s Werksviertel, directly at the Ostbahnhof, a sustainable new office building with a total rental area of 11 600 m² is being built. The striking, modern building will receive a facade greening, a PV system, a large atrium and a roof terrace.

New office at the location of Leipzig

The Red Bull Immobiliengesellschaft mbH (client) is constructing a future-oriented and sustainability-oriented new building to accommodate the office infrastructure as a branch for the local Leipzig professional football club. The office will be built on a vacant property in Leipzig Lindenau, in close proximity to the existing training centre of the Bundesliga team.

On the Nuremberg area “Neue Mitte Thon” a new building is being constructed, including two office buildings, gastronomy and trade. In addition to the economic conditions, the commercial building creates a wide variety of opportunities for encounters and supports the intergenerational quality of the district.

With the science center ʺCeTEBʺ (Center for Fundamental Research in Translational Evolutionary Biology), the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel (CAU) gets a state-of-the-art research center for evolutionary scientists and their associates around Kiel. The building will have a gross floor area of 14,000 m² and was planned under several aspects of sustainability. The center will be realised on the area of the ʺBremerskampʺ, as part of the new urban quarter ʺKiel.Science.Cityʺ.
