Oberschule Marklohe - renovation and extension

The Oberschule Marklohe which was built in 1973 is extensively being renovated and expanded. The existing school building will be stripped down to its load-bearing skeleton construction of reinforced concrete. For a new room program the interior layout is restructured. The exterior walls are created in wooden construction.


District Office of Rosenheim - refurbishment and extension

The existing main building of the District Office in Rosenheim is being renovated and expanded by another storey. Among other things, it receives a new, highly heat insulating building envelope in the form of a dynamic-looking seamless facade. After completion, a total of 433 workplaces will be available.

TÜV Süd expands its headquarters in Munich. By 2024, a new, state-of-the-art building with approximately 20,000 m² of space and up to 600 workplaces will be built there. For optimal energy generation and exposure to light of the interiors, the arrangement of windows and photovoltaic modules was calculated using an algorithm by Brückner Architekten.


Merck KGaA Translational Science Center (TSC), Darmstadt

Translational Science Center is the name of the new laboratory building, which Merck KGaA will construct in Darmstadt. The new building, planned according to sustainable principles, will have an area of 30,000 m² and will offer space for more than 500 scientists from 2025 onwards.

Construction and industrial lift manufacturer GEDA is building its new headquarters with conference area and restaurant. The x-shaped new building with a total of 4 floors will have room for 220 employees.
