Our heating energy and process heat is produced 100 % from biomass and our own production waste.

We cool our offices with a groundwater pump and air heat pump.

Our already light-flooded offices and production facilities are equipped with the latest LED lights.

The extensive use of digital possibilities (BIM, 3D CAD, parametrization) and the use of digital production terminals significantly reduced paper consumption.

We mostly use reusable transport stillages and reusable packaging.

The prevention of waste and hazardous substances, the sorted separation and the integration of materials into the recyclable material cycle have always a high priority.

We have installed an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and an energy management system according to ISO 50001.

We use wood from sustainable forest management:

•    FSC^® according to FSC-STD-40-004 (FSC^® C111647)
•    PEFC according to PEFC ST 2002 (PEFC/04-31-1979)

Water-based surface coating for wooden facades is carried out including coating recovery of resulting oversprays.

We use recycled aluminium from “post-consumer” or “end-of-life” materials such as CIRCAL, Ultra Low Carbon or similar.

If available, we use glass and plastics with recycled content.

Recyclable materials such as metal, plastics, paper and glass are fed back into the recycling system.

We have an Environmental Product Declaration EPD for various facade systems.

The highest possible degree of prefabrication of the window and facade units reduces the resulting waste at the construction site to a minimum.

By creating a logistics concept in the planning phase, the number of transports to the installation site can be optimized.

We can provide proof of the standard sustainability certificates according to DGNB, LEED, BREEAM and others.
