In cold temperatures in winter, the double skin facade can be closed and therefore acts like a heat-insulating and sound-insulating conservatory. This reduces the required heating energy. In summer, on the other hand, for ventilation and heat dissipation, the openings of the facade are controlled motorically at the top and bottom openings of the facade.
