We use the technical platform and the services of Facebook Ireland Ltd for the information service offered here.

We would like to point out that you use this Facebook or Instagram page and its functions under your own responsibility. This applies in particular to the use of interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, evaluating). Alternatively, you can also access the information offered via this page on our website at (www.schindler-roding.de).

When you visit our Facebook or Instagram page, Facebook collects your IP address as well as other information that is present on your PC in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us as the operator of the Facebook or Instagram pages with statistical information about the use of the Facebook or Instagram page. More information about this can be found on Facebook at the following link: de-de.facebook.com/help/pages/insights.

The data collected about you in this context will be processed by Facebook Ltd. and, if necessary, transferred in countries outside the European Union. Facebook describes in general terms in its data usage policies what information Facebook receives and how it is used. There you will also find information about contact options to Facebook as well as the setting options for advertisements.

The full data policies of Facebook can be found here:
de-de.facebook.com/full_data_use_policy

In what way Facebook uses the data from the visit of Facebook or Instagram pages for its own purposes, to what extent activities on the Facebook or Instagram page are assigned to individual users, how long Facebook stores this data and whether data from a visit to the Facebook or Instagram page is passed on to third parties, is not finally and clearly named by Facebook and is not known to us.

When accessing a Facebook or Instagram page, the IP address assigned to your end device will be transmitted to Facebook. According to Facebook, this IP address is anonymised (concerning “German” IP addresses). Facebook also stores information about the end device of its users (e.g. in the “Registration Notification” function); where required, Facebook is therefore be able to assign IP addresses to individual users.

If you are currently logged in to Facebook as a user, there is a cookie with your Facebook identifier on your end device. This allows Facebook to understand that you have visited this site and how you used it. This also applies to all other Facebook or Instagram pages. Via Facebook buttons embedded in websites, Facebook is able to record your visits to these websites and assign them to your Facebook profile. Based on this data, content or advertising can be tailored to you.

If you want to avoid this, you should log out of Facebook or deactivate the function “Stay logged in”, delete the cookies on your device and exit and restart your browser. Thus, Facebook information which can identify you directly will be deleted. This allows you to use our Facebook or Instagram page without your Facebook identifier being disclosed. If you access interactive functions of the site (like, comment, share, messages, etc.), a Facebook login mask will appear. After a possible login, you will again be recognizable as a certain user for Facebook.

For information on how you can manage or delete existing information about you, please visit the following Facebook support pages:
